Pic: Peterborough United’s Irish chairman goes to town on his own players in astonishing Twitter tirade

Tell us what you really think Darragh

Something tells us some of these lads could be sold before the end of the month.

Peterborough United lost by a couple of goals to nil in their League One clash with Colchester today and as you might expect, the club’s chairman, Dubliner Darragh McAnthony was not happy about it.

Actually, scratch that, he was raging and he wasn’t afraid to tell all of his playing staff – and the referee – what he thought of their performances in a quite calculated 11-point (it was actually 14 or 15 in the end) Twitter rant.

At least he let manager Darren Ferguson off the hook.
