Pic: Rival players from two Junior B teams gather together for a selfie... during a game
Another one to add to the 'Only in Junior B GAA' file.
Anyone that's ever played Junior B GAA at any code will know that anything can and often will happen during matches, whether it's an umpire eating a Supermac's or a lad togging out in a pair of jeans because he forgot his gear or simply doesn't want to wear shorts.
We don't know if we had ever seen a selfie being taken during a GAA match before, however, much less a selfie featuring six players from the two teams in action, all of whom seemed completely oblivious to what was going on out on the pitch.
A bit of junior hurling on a Saturday is always entertaining! @JOEdotie pic.twitter.com/wfc4jpBlnS

The photo above was sent our way by Kevin Sheridan and we're told it was from a game between Wexford's Oulart the Ballagh and Naomh Moninne from Louth in a Junior Tournament held by Thurles Gaels on Saturday night.
It's all fun and games surely, but we're not too sure the 'I was taking a selfie' excuse would cut it when trying to explain the concession of a soft goal at half-time all the same.
