Stephanie Roche may not be playing in Ireland but it seems that the likeable Dubliner has fans around the world, especially at her new club Houston Dash. The Puskas Award nominated player made her debut, coming off the bench in her new clubs 2-0 win against Washington Spirit, and it seems that there was some Irish support in attendance to welcome her. You may remember the story about the two Irishmen that managed to blag their way into the Superbowl, well they're back and it's the same flag as before in these great pictures. Paul McEvoy, you seem like a man that could sneak your way into The White House and have a pint with Barack Obama. Fair play to all involved here.
The clubs official Twitter feed even used this image of Stephanie with her Irish fans. Great stuff and here's hoping there's plenty more Irish fans paying her a visit at her new club.
