The South African is feeling right at home in the south...

Munster's incredible win over Sale Sharks last weekend was a lot to do with the kicking of Ian Keatley but if CJ Stander hadn't put in the performance he did throughout the match, the Reds would have lost. Stander had 20 carries during the game, covered so much ground and was excellent at the breakdown as Anthony Foley's men somehow managed to claw their way back into the game. We've seen glimpses of Stander's quality since he joined the Irish province in late 2012 but Saturday's performance was undoubtedly his best in the red jersey. The 24-year-old obviously feels at home in Munster now and this Instagram post shows how much playing for them means to him. Read the caption at the bottom.
