What kind of design whizz came up with this dump?

You’ll often hear sports fans refer to a sporting arena as a dump, but fans of the Golden State Warriors will be hearing that accusation more than most if a proposed design for a new 18,000-seater stadium in Mission Bay in San Francisco ends up getting the go-ahead. Why? Well, have a look at the proposed design below and see for yourself.   Understandably, the proposed design has been the subject of much derision from the public and as plans are only in the design phase as yet, it remains to be seen whether or not it’ll go ahead. In any case, Golden State Warriors are obviously flush with cash as they’ll reportedly be spending in the region of $1 billion on the new development but it might be best for all concerned if they wash their hands of this idea. I mean we've heard of the Rose Bowl, but the Toilet Bowl? Doesn't quite have the same ring to it. Hat-tip: Sports Illustrated
