PIC: This Armagh GAA fan was the victim of a priceless stitch up by his father-in-law at Breffni Park

Conor Heneghan

GAA rivalries run deep.

It was a bad day at the office for Armagh GAA fans on Sunday as they were swatted aside by Cavan in the Ulster Championship at Breffni Park.

If that wasn’t bad enough for die-hard Armagh GAA supporter David Murphy, he had to put up with the sight of himself in a Cavan jersey on a giant poster outside Breffni Park, the brainchild of his father-in-law, proud Cavan man Ray O’Reilly.

Ray, who works in Cavan One Hour Photo, put together the poster with the help of Neil Doherty from Mel’s Signs and together, they did a pretty good job of stitching David up.

If it doesn’t work out for Armagh in the qualifiers, sure you can always jump on the Cavan bandwagon, right David?

Cheers to Aimée O’Reilly for sending this one our way. If you have something you would like to share with us, send it to our WhatsApp number 087-4001102, [email protected] or hit us up on Facebook or Twitter.
