PIC: This Galway native’s Teresa Mannion-themed Irish flag will stand out at Euro 2016

This flag will definitely go on a necessary journey.

Irish football fans are known for being one of the greatest set of supports in the world. We’re also developing a reputation as being extremely creative with our national flags.

That is certainly what we have seen in JOE, with some cracking examples sent into us, like the Robbie Brady, Shane Long and Bill O’Herlihy ones.

This one dedicated to Ireland’s treasured weather reporter, Teresa Mannion, will definitely stand out a mile in France at the Euros this summer.

JOE reader and Galway native Anne-Marie Davy, who is a massive Irish fan and attends all the home and most of the away games, has created this masterpiece, with the help of Flagman Ireland.

Take a look at this gem.

Anne-Marie came up with the design herself and will be parading this flag when Ireland take on Belgium in Bordeaux on June 18.

Keep a look out.

Cheers to Anne-Marie Davy for sending this our way. If you have something you would like to share with us, send it to our WhatsApp number 087-4001102, [email protected] or hit us up on Facebook or Twitter.
