He really should have tried counting to ten in his head rather than opting for a more physical manifestation of his frustration.

It’s safe to say that UFC Fight Night 32 didn’t go well for Brazilian fighter Rony Jason at the weekend. The featherweight was beaten for the first time in four years after lasting just 40 seconds of his bout with Jeremy Stephens, who caught him with a quite brutal kick to the head to claim a stunning victory. And Jason was fighting in front of his home crowd to boot. It was obviously a frustrating night for Jason and he decided to vent that frustration on a door afterwards, with a punch that went through the door and left him with a gaping wound that required 35 stitches to close up in hospital afterwards.
