It’ll take a while for us to recover after that.
Kerry and Mayo served up an absolute classic at Croke Park on Sunday in the All-Ireland semi-final and both sides will have to do it all again next Saturday.
It was a thrilling match from start to finish at a rain sodden GAA Headquarters, and after four largely forgettable quarter-finals – save for the first Mayo v Roscommon clash – supporters got a real treat.
One Mayo man in particular came in for special praise. Andy Moran had an exceptional game, matched only by Paul Murphy and Kieran Donaghy in Kerry shirts.
Better again, they’ll battle once more for the chance to face Dublin or Tyrone, whose own semi-final takes place next Sunday.
Delighted we get to see that game again! Hopefully better weather next time! Heavyweights!!! KERvMAY
