When we say act fast, we mean FAST!

For any Irish Liverpool fans who were terrified that they might not be able to get over to see the Reds play their first Champions League Quarter-Final in nine years, Ryanair might just have saved the day.

Due to huge demand from Irish fans, the airline has announced that it is adding two extra flights to accommodate any Liverpool supporters travelling over to Anfield to see the first leg of their game against Manchester City on Wednesday, 4 April.

An extra flight to Liverpool will leave Dublin at 3.15pm on the day of the game, with a return flight scheduled for 2.45pm on Thursday, 5 April. You might want to act fast, however, because spaces are limited.

Commenting on the announcement, Ryanair’s Robin Kiely said: “Liverpool are back in the Quarter-Final of Europe’s premier club competition and following strong demand from supporters for the Man City game, we’ve added 2 extra flights. Man United, Chelsea and Spurs won’t be there, so fans should book early to avoid missing out too.”

To avail of the offer, head over to the Ryanair website.
