It won’t be dull, that’s for sure.
Sky Sports were left with massive shoes to fill following Gary Neville’s shock move to manage Valencia last week.
It was a development that saddened the many football fans who enjoyed Neville’s punditry, particularly the in-depth and fascinating analysis from himself and Jamie Carragher on Monday Night Football.
How Sky will go about replacing Neville on a long-term basis remains to be seen, but according to the Daily Mail, Carragher’s former Liverpool team-mate Craig Bellamy is being touted as a replacement.
Never shy of an opinion or two, Bellamy has been a guest pundit on Sky Sports before and isn’t likely to be guilty of the same type of bland analysis that say, Michael Owen, has been pilloried for in his brief punditry career to date.
Sky Sports have been keeping their cards close to their chest regarding Neville’s replacement so far, but their plan for the foreseeable future sounds interesting and Carragher is certainly excited about what’s in store on tonight’s show for Everton’s clash with Crystal Palace.
Looking forward to MNF tomorrow got a very lively guest on!

Just to be clear Gnev2 isn't being replaced.
We're going to have a different guest every week.
Should be good!— Jamie Carragher (@Carra23) December 6, 2015
