Wonder if they’ll get a five-a-side game going?
Ireland striker Stephanie Roche has received an invitation to meet US President Barack Obama at the White House on St. Patrick’s Day.
The Puskas award runner-up announced the news on Twitter:
Absolutely delighted to be invited by @BarackObama to spend March 17th in @WhiteHouse #StPatricksDay #WOW!!!

Roche came second to James Rodriguez in FIFA’s goal of the year competition in January for her stunning strike for Peamount United against Wexford Youths.
She makes her move to Houston Dash later in March. She joins the National Women’s Soccer League, which is the highest level of football in America.
