The JOE v Ladbrokes Football Accumulator Challenge: Week 26

Hayley O'Connor's incredible tipping continued last week, when she landed a monster 16/1 treble. Can the first lady of Ladbrokes keep up her stunning form this week?

JOE

It’s our final joust of the season. Can we end on a high or will runaway winner Hayley O’Connor of Ladbrokes finish with another tasty treble.

Last week was a bust for both of us but as we prepare for the final week of our Premier League betting challenge, let’s pause to praise our victorious challenger, Hayley O’Connor.

The First Lady of Ladbrokes took an early lead and maintained it over mid season but it was a surge of supreme punting in the final stretch, reminiscent of the turbo charged finishes that were Fergie’s trademark in his time (sorry United fans) that saw her romp to victory. Back to back to back trebles of 8/1, 9/1 and 16/1 ended any hope we had of success as Hayley added nearly €3,500 to her balance in less than three weeks.

So hats off to Hayley, we hope to gain our revenge over the 2014/15 season but before we go, here’s hoping we can restore a smidge of pride and beat you in the final week.

Here’s Hayley’s picks for Week 26:

Crystal Palace to beat Fulham, 7/4

Palace are simply unstoppable right now and I reckon they will send Fulham fans home even more miserable than usual from Craven Cottage

Everton to beat Hull, Evs

The Hull lads will surely have one eye on Wembley so the Toffees should take this one at the KC

Liverpool to beat Newcastle, 1/5

It might all be for nothing, but I believe Brendan Rodgers’ side will finish with a flourish

A 13/2 bet this week, which would be a very tasty way to sign off.

And here are JOE’s picks:

Norwich to beat Arsenal, 14/5

A classic pressure off team face an FA Cup final team. We think that price looks tasty when you consider those facts

Sunderland to beat Swansea, 11/10

The Black Cats will sign off a remarkable season with a home win

Manchester City to beat West Ham, 1/7

The biggest cert in history. Sorry Liverpool fans…

We’ve gone for a 12/1 shot this week, and we reckon it’s a winner
