WATCH: TV3's promo ahead of Ireland taking on Italy is pretty spectacular
The kick heard around the world.
Ahead of Ireland's next go around in the Six Nations, TV3 are looking back at the game against France last week.
In the dying seconds, Johnny Sexton ploughed the ball from 42 meters out, and the dropgoal that resulted from it was celebrated nationwide.
You want to know how iconic that dropgoal was? It has already been mega-mixed against Celine Dion's 'My Heart Will Go On', and it is brilliant.
Anyways, TV3 are well aware of how memorable that moment was, and decided to lean into it by showing off the celebrations from the win, as well as following the ball itself as it was kicked so hard that it slipped the surly bonds of Earth and touched the face of God.
Well, not God, but it does get pretty close to Elon Musk's space-car driver.
That will make more sense once you actually watch the promo.
Coverage for the match kicks off at 1pm on TV3 on Saturday 10 February.
