Peasants, dickheads, nuggets, celeb wannabes. Just some of the names limbo-land footballer Joey Barton has been calling numerous established football writers on Twitter today. Hilarious stuff.
It all kicked off this morning on Barton's Twitter page when he reacted to comments made about him by former manager David Pleat.
Barton, who has over 268,000 Twitter followers, rounded on writers from the Mirror, the Mail, the Sun and the Telegraph all afternoon on the social media network.
And wasn't in the mood for saying exactly what was on his mind.
