Here’s what Katrina had to say before streaking: “This is the face of someone who is about to streak at the Pro Bowl 2014! Catch me if you can in 3…2…1!!!!! I’m doing this one for you Gary!!!!”
So, you’re probably wondering who exactly is this ‘Gary’? Well, here’s what Katrina said on Instagram following her streak: “SUCCESS!!! I ran across the field during the Pro Bowl, chest bumped some NFL players and got to run like the wind with my New Mexico flag!
“Believe it or not I actually did all of this for a cause. You can’t see it in this video but I had, “I did it 4 Gary” written across my back. A couple of years ago, my cousin who was 18 years old at the time got into a really bad motorcycle accident which left him unable to walk.
“It was always his dream to go with me to a Pro Bowl game. I made a promise to him that since he couldn’t walk with me into that stadium that I would run across the field in honor of him knowing that he would be watching from home in New Mexico.
“Life is too short, so enjoy it while you can, help others along the way, keep promises, and always give those that you love a reason to smile and be proud; even if they’re far away and it means streaking on national television! This one was for you Gary!”
Fair play to her, in fairness. The only thing left to wonder is how exactly did Katrina manage to get away from the cops after she was caught and led off the field? Well, she actually had a little help from a very important person…
“Also thank you so much to Deion Sanders for keeping me out of jail! He followed the cops and I as they took me out of the stadium and told them not to arrest me and that he loved my show and he had my back and would bail me out! You are one cool guy Mr. Sanders! Glad you liked it!”
