How come our Junior B coach in college didn't do this for us...
The worlds of sport and rap music have been overlapping a bit lately. USA star Clint Dempsey is releasing his debut album later this summer and now Penn State coach Herb Hand is getting in on some rap action.
The offensive line coach was at the Nittany Lions Junior Elite football camp when he decided to gee-up his players in an unusual way. Herb is in his mid-forties so you'd expect a traditional method, if it was here in Ireland, there would be hurlers slapped off a table or water bottles kick around room.
Herb is more creative that that, so he launched into a rap verse that was pretty awesome to say the least...
The swag way he drops the microphone at the end. What a legend!
