The Junior Soccer Portal lads had a great story for us earlier this week about a match in Clare where the penalty shoot-out took place in near darkness. Now they are back with another, this time from an Intermediate Cup match between Glebe North and Phoenix FC.
A long hopeful ball out of defence happens to fall at striker Stephen Nolan’s feet, who takes one touch and lamps it into the net from 35 yards plus.
As the voice in the crowd says, ‘that’s a YouTube’.
