Thankfully, nobody appeared to be hurt but it could have been a lot worse.

Several players from Mullinahone and Ballinagarry became embroiled in a brawl during a senior hurling championship encounter between the sides in Tipperary at the weekend. Footage of the brawl was sent into JOE overnight and to be fair to the players involved, it was mostly just aggressive pushing and shoving, with a few hard shoulders thrown in from either side. That said, it's still never nice to see, especially when it occurs so close to the crowd and children are present. https://youtu.be/CgewUUjrHLg There was one incident where two players collided with a perimeter fence and the situation threatened to get out of hand, but thankfully, players acting as peacemakers were on hand to defuse the situation and restore order before too long. Mullinahone ended up as victors on the day, coming out on top on a scoreline of 3-15 - 0-7.
