Even after a five-year absence from the sport, Freddie Flintoff still has an amazing amount of skill around the crease.
Yesterday, during his match in the Northern Premier League Division One for St Annes against Penrith, the 36-year-old caught the ball for an out moments after bowling it. The ball is only out of his hand for a second before Freddie’s lightening fast reactions catch it again.
Looks like his time off as a captain on A League of Their Own and his stint as a boxer didn’t do Freddie any harm.
