This gives an excellent insight into the dedication these young lads give to the cause…

This weekend is going to be absolutely massive for Kerry and Donegal supporters as their teams face each other in the All-Ireland senior and minor football finals. We’re expecting a pretty packed Croke Park at around 1.15pm on Sunday afternoon.

It’s obviously a huge occasion for the senior sides but imagine what it’s going to be like for the minor players. Electric Ireland, who are sponsors of the minor championship, have been giving us a sense of what it’s like by releasing preview videos from both camps ahead of the game

The latest one is from the Donegal and it features their forward Tony McCleneghan. They chat to him and his manager Declan Bonner about the game, what it means to them and what it’s going to take to win.

There’s also a brilliant line from Tony’s mother when she reveals that centre forward said “you can repeat the Leaving Cert but you can’t repeat being a minor” which shows just how much this means to the young man.

Check out the video here…

The preview video from the Kerry camp featuring Barry O’Sullivan is available here.
