The King reached a new high against the Charlotte Bobcats.

Just when you thought he couldn’t get any better, LeBron James proved us all wrong yet again. Last night, the best player in the game scored 61 points, a new record personal tally, as he destroyed the fairly decent Bobcats almost single-handedly. It was also a new Miami Heat record.

This video shows all his made baskets and the range of shots he scores is astounding. He landed his first eight threes and went 22-33 from the field in total, while also picking up seven rebounds and five assists.

LeBron’s previous best had been a 56 for Cleveland back in 2005. LBJ scored 24 points in the first half before piling on another 25 in the third quarter alone. The Bobcats combined scored 25 in the third quarter.

It was an astonishing display, and he did it all wearing a clear mask to protect a broken nose too. Oh yeah, and the Heat won, of course, 124 to 107.
