Maybe Keith Thurman took one heavy knock to the head during his WBA welterweight bout last night which may have caused confusion.
The unbeaten welterweight prospect was bleeding from the nose and found himself behind on the scorecards for much of the showdown with fellow unbeaten fighter Diego Chaves before finally coming good. Though he continued his own unbeaten run, he shipped some big hits, which would explain why he was a little groggy in the post-fight interview.
