VIDEO: Brilliant fan footage of Shane Long’s winner against Germany from directly behind the goal

If you were lucky enough to be there, you’re never going to forget this night.

JOE reader Sarah Mooney was one of the lucky ones and when Darren Randolph punted the ball over the top of the German defence for Shane Long to run onto, she sensed something special was about to happen.

Sarah captured the moment that Long blasted the ball past Manuel Neuer and into the top corner and the outburst of sheer euphoria that followed in the crowd immediately afterwards was something to behold.

Something to tell the grandkids about, what a moment.
