Ireland made a blistering start in Cardiff to quieten the home crowd, with Simon Zebo really showcasing all his talents.
By Declan Whooley
Zebo has been in blistering form for Munster and he is carrying on his streak in the green jersey.
He opened the scoring in Cardiff after a brilliant pass from Brian O’Driscoll, but it was his involvement in the second try that was nothing short of sensational.
Rory Best charged down a Dan Biggar kick and when the ball came to Zebo on the wing, the pass from Jamie Heaslip was a little behind the Cork man.
That did not stop the Cork speedster, who flicked the ball up, re-gathered and kept the move going that eventually led to Cian Healy touching down.
Breathtaking stuff from Zebo in what was a brilliant opening for Ireland in Cardiff.
