This clip was shot at a tournament called the Surfing Sevens, a Rugby Sevens tournament in the US. It features probably the hardest hit we’ve ever seen in a Sevens match.
Normally Sevens games are all about pace and ball movement but if a player lines you up, you can be crushed just like any other game of rugby.
This poor attacker makes a break for it but never sees the defender closing in for the tackle. It’s a little high and possibly illegal so fair play to the guy on the receiving end, who hops back up straight away.
