This is difficult to watch.
The lower leagues in Turkey descended into chaos when a player who was sent off then kicked his opponent in the head.

The incident occurred in a match between Dallicaspor and Sanayispor, when Mehmet Degirmenci of Sanayispor was sent off for wildly kicking out at Dallicaspor's Kayhan Karakas.
It's what he does afterwards that is truly shocking, though.

According to the Daily Mail, Degirmenci has since been sacked by the club, while Karakas says that he's lucky to be alive.
