With the UFC and all the participants keeping very, very tight lipped about what we can expect to see in the latest series of TUF, details have been few and far between for us to get our hands on.
However, Cathal Pendred himself took to Instagram to share this short video (recorded off his telly by the looks of it) which features a few seconds of an 'olé olé olé' chant going on in the background as he squares up to his opponent.
The hugely talented Irish fighter will undoubtedly be a massive success, so we can't wait to see how he gets on in the house.
BT Sport 1 are showing the show live at 3.30am on Thursday but if you want to see it at a more reasonable time, it will be repeated on BT Sport 2 at 10pm the same day.
