On a day of high emotion at the Aviva Stadium, this Jonathan Sexton try was the best on-pitch moment of the game.

Sexton's second try of the game also proved to be Brian O'Driscoll's last act in front of his home fans as an Ireland player, with his pass to Rob Kearney setting the move in motion. Ireland eventually ran out 46-7 winners over the Italians.
