Video: College footballer performs 40-inch box jump while holding two 32kg dumbbells

If you're into US Sports and American Football in particular, there's a good chance you've heard of Shawn Oakman before.

The Baylor Bears defensive end is 6'9, weighs around 20 stone and is not the type of guy you'd want running at you on a pitch because he'd more than likely spilt you in two just looking at you.

Not only is he big, he's athletic too, as he showed by pulling off a 40-inch box jump (just over three feet), while carrying a 70lb (approximately 32kg) dumbbell in each hand. Wow.
