Even when he’s not in the Octagon, Conor McGregor still manages to be the centre of attention and he was in flying form at a Q&A event ahead of UFC Manchester last night.
McGregor appeared alongside Michael Bisping for a bit of debate, a bit of banter and to answer questions from fans who had gathered in Manchester ahead of the latest UFC event at the Phones 4 U arena tonight.
McGregor was in flying form as usual and amongst the highlights of the Q and A session above was his declaration that he would be back from injury quicker than expected (it took ‘Georges (St.Pierre) ten months, identical injury and I’m looking to smoke George’) a debate on the style of all three men on stage and his response to a fan asking a WWE-related question, when he shot back: “As the Rock would say, know your damn role, this is the UFC, this is real life, we get in and we fight, it ain’t no fake shit.”
Entertaining as ever, he can’t get back into the octagon soon enough.
