This lad was a little too smart for his own good.

Barring freakish exceptions like Sean Cronin, most front-row forwards are going to lose out to a back when it comes to a foot race on the rugby pitch. Obviously knowing that defeat was likely, Chris O'Regan from Mallow Rugby Club decided to take matters into his own hands in a race against his colleague, second centre Michael Sweeney, by driving the length of the pitch in a Ford Focus instead of sprinting flat out.

We're not sure exactly how old this clip is but we only stumbled upon it today and thought it well worth a share. Considering that Chris himself was the first to comment on the post below, we're assuming that his pride was hurt more than anything else afterwards.
