We’re not sure Robbie meant the pass, but Sean Franklin certainly meant the finish. Boom!
The MLS is into the playoffs and Robbie Keane’s LA Galaxy, winners of the last two titles, faced Real Salt Lake in the first leg of the Western Conference semi-finals last night.
They only managed the one goal to take with them to Utah but what a goal it was. Keane made his way down the left and cut back a ball that bobbled out to defender Sean Franklin, who only scored one goal in the regular season.
But Franklin struck it like he bangs them in every week, lasering a curling beauty into the net from 30 yards plus.

Reports suggest that Keane played pretty well, which will surely be relayed to his prospective new international management team of Martin O’Neill and Roy Keane.
