Warning: This is one seriously nasty looking injury.

Earlier this week, during the final stretch of stage 6 of the Giro d'Italia, Italian cyclist Daniele Colli hit into a spectator’s camera lens, which caused a massive pile up just before the finish line. Colli’s crash resulted in one of the worst looking arm injuries we’ve seen in quite some time. Seriously, it looks awful. We’ve put it at the bottom of the page, but be warned, it might just turn your stomach. You’ll see how it happened (along with the injury itself) in the video below.
