Anyone who saw Clare manager Davy Fitzgerald fixing Ger Canning with a frightening stare ahead of the All-Ireland semi-final or has ever seen him scare the life out of his players during his time as LIT coach will know of his capacity to strike fear into the hearts of others.
If you thought those examples were scary, however, brace yourselves for the promo for a new show featuring the man himself, ‘Ireland’s Fittest Family’, due to be broadcast later this month.

Taking the Blair Witch Project theme, the brief clip shows Davy putting some of the show’s participants through their paces and they look suitably petrified as a result.
