Chelsea and Tottenham played out a dull scoreless draw in the Premier League this afternoon. It was a game of few chances and Diego Costa, who started and stayed on the bench, felt he could have made a difference and his frustration boiled over. As he was rejoining the subs' bench after a warm up, he took his bib off and flung it in the air.
