We all have that friend who tells us down the pub all about the ‘wondergoal’ he scored in the Sunday league.
You get to hear how he tricked the whole defence into falling at his feet as he ghosted into the box, and then slotted home the coolest of finishes.
Normally we take that kind of thing with a whole sack of salt, but now we finally have proof that some of those guys who spout off about their wondergoals in amateur football are actually telling the truth.
Sky Sports have put together a video of some of the best Sunday League golazos sent into them and got Gary Neville and Jamie Redknapp to analyse them.
The two lads are probably a bit more used to some polished finishes, but there’s no doubting some of the skill on show here is top, top stuff.
