Video: Golfer loses the rag (and a club) after a terrible drive

If you’re a golfer, you’ll know how tempting it is to break a club over your knee after a particularly bad drive, but this guy in the US just couldn’t control his anger and completely loses the rag on the 13th.
This is a freak out that Happy Gilmore, John McEnroe AND Gordon Ramsay would be proud of… seriously. The bloke in question was out having a leisurely game of golf with his buddies in the US when he hit a pretty bad drive on the 13th. Most people would take it on the chin and just play a drop shot, but this guy decided to take his anger out on his club by ‘testing its durability’ and snapping it in half. He then goes to throw the club in the woods, but his throwing aim is as good as his golfing aim, as his club smacks the cameraman right in the face. While we’re sure it hurt the poor cameraman, it’s easily one of the funniest things we’ve seen all year.Explore more on these topics:
