It's easy to forget after the excitement and hype surrounding UFC 178 last weekend that there are even more Irish fighters in action in the UFC this weekend.
Cathal Pendred (14-2), Paddy Holohan (10-0) and our adopted Icelandic son Gunnar Nelson (13-0-1) all enter the Octagon this weekend in Sweden and Canada in the hope of adding to the wins they chalked down at UFC Dublin.
Nelson held an open workout yesterday in preparation for his bout with Rick Story on Saturday night and he performed some pretty amazing and impressive neck exercises.
