It is great that you can bring a pint with you to the stands when you’re watching the rugby, but you have to keep an eye out for the ball.

Here’s a valuable warning for anyone heading to the rugby this weekend. If you are popping out for a couple of scoops during the game, remember to keep the head up on the way back to your seat, or you could lose your precious cargo, as this man did at the Aviva Premiership game between Harlequins and Saracens at the weekend.

At least he had a good laugh about it afterwards.
