The former Munster man could be banned for up to nine weeks for this incident at the weekend involving James Haskell's head.
London Irish saw off local rivals Wasps 23-20 in the Aviva Premiership at the weekend but the reason we are interested is the fact that midway through the second half, Tomas O'Leary had a rush of blood to the head and did something rather foolish.

Under the rules across the water, O'Leary faces anything from a two-week to nine-week ban for this, but it is expected to be at the upper end of the scale.
