We imagine that most of the JOE readers will be cracking eggs this afternoon for Pancake Tuesday but a certain Hull City and Irish international seems to be the exception.
Paul McShane has done his part to help raise awareness for those children from Hull that are currently having to get mental health treatment in units that are a long way from their homes due to a lack of proper facilities in the area.
We wonder if this is going to be the new Ice Bucket Challenge. Over to you David Meyler.
