It's finally sinking in that we're going to the Euros in France next summer but last night's game at the Aviva Stadium will never be forgotten. It was a mix of expectancy, trepidation, optimism and ultimately euphoria as the 2-0 win (3-1 on agg) clinched our place at Euro 2016. Jonathan Walters celebrates after the game 8/10/2015 Jon Walters set us on our way with a first half penalty and we've been sent footage of former Ireland player Jason McAteer while the spot kick is being taken. McAteer stepped up for his country when the heat was on in the past, but even he couldn't bear to watch Walters slot it home.
