Manchester United picked up their second win of their pre-season tour, as Louis Van Gaal’s men beat the San Jose Earthquakes 3-1.
Juan Mata and Memphis Depay proved to be the main architects as the Spanish playmaker broke the deadlock in the 32nd minute, before the new arrival from PSV opened his United account following a sloppy pass.
San Jose reduced the deficit but exciting talent Andreas Pereira wrapped up the win.
