Looks like Mario is in top form just ahead of the new Serie A season.
After a worryingly quiet period by Mario Balotelli, the Italian controversy machine has ramped up his activities just in time for the new season. In recent weeks we had playful Mario, as he gushed about his new pet pig. We had superstar Mario posing on the front of Sports Illustarted and now we are back top plain old crazy Mario.
This video, from an AC Milan training session, see the striker stick the boot into team-mate Andrea Poli for no clear reason. It looks pretty painful, and Poli doesn’t look too pleased. Perhaps this is the culmination of an earlier clash but whatever it was, it wasn’t a very nice thing to do to your team-mate.
