You may have heard about the team-building exercise the Munster rugby lads were partaking in yesterday and as they weren’t allowed buy their own food, they had to go and fish for their supper.

Like the Ulster rugby lads earlier in the week, the Munster rugby squad took part in some alternative pre-season training in the last couple of days, splitting up into teams and completing various tasks around different parts of Munster before eventually ending up in Youghal at the end of it.

A team consisting of Felix Jones, CJ Stander, Ian Nagle, Denis Hurley and BJ Botha amongst others ended up in Dingle and with rules preventing them from spending any money on food, they went fishing for their own dinner and to sell off some of their catch to pay for their accommodation afterwards, with TG4 capturing the highlights in a news report last night.

The Munster lads seemed to enjoy themselves and it also served as a great way to become integrated with the fans and a wide range of communities all around the province, so fair play to everyone involved.
