Nigel Owen’s is a firm favourite of ours in JOE Towers and you’ve probably already seen his extremely classy statement after being announced as the referee for the Rugby World Cup Final.
Owens has been on form all tournament producing some zingers to try and cut out play acting on the pitch, just ask Stuart Hogg.
The Welshman produced another moment to remember yesterday as he was talking to Dan Carter, warning the All Black legend to watch his language because the match is on TV.
