Now back at parent club Getafe, the striker went in high and hard on Feyenoord’s Joey Sleegers in one of the worst incidents you’ll ever see in a pre-season friendly.
If this happened in a real grudge match, like an Old Firm derby, it would be deemed a step too far. So to see this tackle in a pre-season friendly is incredibly shocking.
Miku, who spent most of last season on loan at Celtic, was playing for Spanish parent club Getafe in a pre-season warm-up game against Feyenoord yesterday.
Playing for the Dutch side was 19-year-old Joey Sleegers and for some reason Miku planted a woefully inappropriate ‘tackle’ just above the youngster’s knee.

Luckily for Sleegers, he somehow escaped injury. Miku, bizarrely, only received a yellow card. The Venezuelan is lucky not be facing a very long ban.
