The journalist displays a fine sense of humour and comic timing in this video for Cycle for Sick Children.

Cycle for Sick Children is a great charity that uses fans of pedal power to generate much-needed funds for worthy causes. Liam and Stacey Mulcahy set it up for their daughter Sophie who has a life threatening heart condition and they have since expanded the charity to raise funds for other disabled and sick children.

Next on their agenda is a charity cycle in aid of Sophie, scheduled to take place in Kilmallock on March, and the official launch was due to take place last night.

Journalist Paul Kimmage was unable to make it to the launch and in a video apology to Liam and the organisers for missing the night he displayed a wicked sense of humour with a little help from his old friend Lance Armstrong.

Kimmage also confirmed he will be taking part in the cycle itself on March 8 and 9, and you can find out all about it here, and maybe even donate to this very worthy cause.

Thanks to Liam Mulcahy for sending us in the video.
