The new Irish rugby captain answers some questions from fans, divulging some well guarded secrets along the way.
In a somewhat surprise move, Joe Schmidt named Munster’s Paul O’Connell as the Irish rugby team captain. Jamie Heaslip will lead the team out against Samoa while the veteran lock is rested but O’Connell will be the man in charge for the Tests against Australia and New Zealand.
The folks at O2 grabbed O’Connell to put a few questions from fans to him at Carton House today. Everything from his proudest moment, to some of his pre-match music to how he got on on the Lions Tour are covered, all in O’Connell’s uniquely humourous way.
